  • Due to the generous donations from the Pursuit Banquet, we have been able to lower the cost of camp from $365 to $295! Praise God! 

  • Registration cancellations are eligible for a refund (minus any processing fees from card use) up until the registration deadline. Any registrations passed the registration deadline are non-refundable. / PC26 Registration Deadline is  June 17, 2026.

DAY-OF REGISTRATION PROCESS

STEP ONE: Confirm with your church's admin that you know what cabin you are staying in. You should get this information around a week or so before camp. If you are bringing medications, please fill out the special form below. Everyone will report to their cabin assignments to check-in FIRST, then you will be directed to the Tabernacle to turn in medications. 

STEP TWO: Once at your cabin, you will be greeted by leaders who will check you in, receive any tech or keys that need to be turned in and show you to where you will be staying for the week!


STEP THREE: Unpack, get your camp shirt, wristband, and booklet from your cabin leader's "Cabin Kit".

FAQ

Is there a check-in or check-out process for Pursuit Camp?

  •  Yes! The week before camp, your church youth ministry will communicate to you a name of the cabin you will be staying in. When you arrive, please report straight to your assigned cabin for Registration with your church group. If you have medications, you will take those to the Tabernacle AFTER you Register at your cabin. If you arrive not knowing your cabin, visit the Tabernacle for information on which cabin to go to or ask one of our Reg Attendants around the camp grounds.

Do I need to fill out both the Medication Release Form and the Over-the-Counter Form? 

  • No. If you are taking medication at the Pursuit Camp, that form includes what is needed from the other so only that one is required. If you are NOT planning on taking prescribed medication, please fill out the "Over-the-Counter" form so we don't have to call the parent/guardian for permission before administering basic first aid that requires OTC medication. 

 

What is Cabin Registration?

  • This is a NEW flow for us starting the summer of 2026! Instead of reporting to the Tabernacle, we are endevoring to create more connection and ease of Registration by taking all the elements of Registration (except for medications) and having them be at the cabin in which your student will be staying. Each Cabin will have "Cabin Kits" with your students shirt, booklet, wristband and more. The leader (from your church) will collect all tech devices, confirm you are present, and help you know where you will be staying. You will STAY in your cabin until the first session. So, get unpacked, connect with friends, and get ready to kick off the week! 

 

What if I want to contact my student?

  • If you already have the contact information for your students' youth pastor/director, you can contact them directly. They can get you in touch with your student. You can also email us at thepursuitcamp@gmail.com or you can reach out to the Pursuit Camp Administrator to be directed to who you need to contact.

Will the sessions be livestreamed?

  • We are planning to do our best to make a Zoom link available so you can tune into sessions. Stay tuned for more information this weekend.

What if my student needs to leave and come back to camp?

  • If you have an appointment that couldn’t be changed or another conflict and your student needs to leave early or arrive late, please email us at thepursuitcamp@gmail.com so that our Admin & Safety team can make a note of that.
