• What is the"Check-out Liability" form? 

  • This form needs to be filled out for each student. This allows us to have information on who we should expect your student to arrive and leave the campus with. We don't add this into the information on the registration sheet since this often gets worked out the week or so before camp. Thank you for helping us take steps forward in safety and care for your student/s. ​

• What is registration? 

  • Registration is the first thing your student will do once they have arrived at camp. Registration starts at 2PM. For the parent/guardian, unless your student is coming with their community by bus/van, your first stop is the Tabernacle. Please leave your suitcases in the car and come into the Tabernacle. There, your student will check-in, recieve their cabin assignment, turn in tech and then be released to the cabin. (NOTE: You can stop by the nurses station to turn in any medications needed for the week before going to cabins.) This year, we are not permitting vehicles to drive up to cabins with the exception of those students staying in the Johnson and Poplar Lodges. This is for safety for those walking and to help there not be any traffic particularly by the girls cabins. Once they are in their cabins, they will be greeted by a lot of their leaders from the church your student is coming with and they will receive their swag bags with their camp shirt and more! 

• What if I want to contact my student? 

  • If you already have the contact information for your students' youth pastor/director, you can contact them directly. They can get you in touch with your student. You can also email us at thepursuitcamp@gmail.com or reach out to the Camp Administrator to be directed to who you need to contact. 

• Will the sessions be livestreamed? 

  • We are planning to do our best to make a Zoom link available so you can tune into sessions. Stay tuned for more information sent out via email or links here on this page of our website.

• What if my student needs to leave and come back to camp? 

  • If you have an appointment that couldn’t be changed or another conflict and your student needs to leave early or arrive late, please email us at thepursuitcamp@gmail.com so that our Admin & Safety team can make a note of that.
